Preferred Members are not required to sponsor other Herbalife Members, and are not eligible to become a Supervisor, a person who is responsible for coordinating the work of other Members in an Independent Business.
Depending on the country where they live, Herbalife Members can choose whether they want to join as Preferred Members or Distributors. The differences between the two options are outlined below.
Membership fees:
Herbalife Members pay an annual fee, known as the “Fee,” for Herbalife’s computer processing and other services. The Fee is charged to the Herbalife Member’s account at the time of application and must be paid by the Member only. The Fee is not transferable to another Herbalife Member, nor is it refundable.
